About the Platform
The Nedbank Business Hub is a secure, digital, self-service platform where clients can request and track services. The hub enables you to access products and services seamlessly through a user-friendly central point.

The problem
Many clients were not using the bank's self-service features and instead relied on consultants for assistance. This resulted in two key issues:

Clients incurred higher costs by using consultants instead of self-service options.
