Project Overview
This project explored a future-state concept for MTN Fibre, focused on simplifying how users discover, purchase, and manage fibre services through a single digital experience. The work aimed to reduce reliance on offline channels and improve clarity, control, and self-service for users.
Managing or purchasing fibre services is often fragmented and confusing, with users struggling to find and understand available plans, relying heavily on call centres or in-store support, and having limited visibility or control over their existing services.
