Tailored Dashboards for Different User Roles
Personalized dashboards provided relevant insights and actions based on the user’s role. IQ’ers could easily track their CV updates and recommendations, while team leads and CRLs had access to analytics, team progress, and key recruitment data, ensuring a more intuitive and role-specific experience.

AI-Powered CV Assistance
A built-in ChatGPT function helped users craft well-structured and compelling CVs by providing real-time suggestions, formatting guidance, and content optimization. This feature ensured that IQ’ers could present their skills and experience effectively, reducing the time and effort required to create high-quality CVs.

Advanced Search Functionality for CRLs
The new search system was designed specifically for CRLs, allowing them to quickly filter, sort, and find relevant CVs based on specific criteria such as skills, experience, and project history. This improved efficiency in talent sourcing and internal placements, streamlining decision-making.
User flows
I created user flows that captured the experience of all IQ’ers, including team leads and CRLs, ensuring a seamless and inclusive journey across different user roles.

Overview
IQbusiness needed to improve its internal CV portal, which was used for managing candidate profiles and recruitment. The existing system was inefficient, difficult to navigate, and led to delays in hiring processes. My goal was to redesign the portal to streamline workflows, improve usability, and enhance the overall user experience.
